WE'RE NOT HERE TO GUESS.
We're here to find the answer.
Modern vehicles are complex. When something doesn't seem right or a warning light comes on, we use professional diagnostic equipment, testing, and experience to find the cause before recommending a repair.

WE EXPLAIN. YOU DECIDE.

DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE & PRICING

Initial diagnostic charge covers up to one hour of diagnostic time.

More involved diagnostics may require additional time and charges.

We'll explain what we find and discuss any additional diagnostic time with you before proceeding.
Diagnostics are available for supported vehicles and systems within the capabilities of our equipment and mobile service.

WHAT WE CAN DIAGNOSE

WARNING LIGHTS & SYSTEM CODES
Identify and investigate fault codes from supported vehicle systems. Check engine light on? We'll help you get to the root of it.
ABS & BRAKE SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS
Perform ABS diagnostics and supported brake-service resets to help keep your systems working as they should.
LIVE DATA & SYSTEM TESTING
Monitor live vehicle data and perform supported active tests to help pinpoint faults and verify system operation.
A/C & REFRIGERANT LEAK DETECTION
Use electronic leak-detection equipment to locate even very small refrigerant leaks.
Leak detection sensitivity:
R134a - .05 oz/yr
R1234yf - .0123 oz/yr
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

A DIAGNOSTIC CODE IS A CLUE, NOT ALWAYS THE CAUSE
Identifying a fault code may be the first step. Additional testing may be necessary to determine what is actually causing the problem.

CLEARING A CODE DOES NOT REPAIR THE UNDERLYING PROBLEM
Reset procedures may be performed when appropriate after the required service or repair has been completed.

SOME PROBLEMS TAKE LONGER TO FIND THAN OTHERS
Intermittent, complex, or difficult-to-access faults may require additional testing and diagnostic time

AIRBAG SYSTEMS ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR SCOPE
For your safety and ours, we do not diagnose, service, or reset airbag systems.
